It is difficult to evaluate as we comparing apples with oranges.Most of Indian companies and management is held in families and it is whom you know are hired so how does one evaluate? Secondly if management spends 60 days for training why is productivity so low? How does one compare West MNC with India family owned company? If employees are3 that well trained why so many tool hours down ? Nice to learn that progress is on the way
